Can you recommend someone here who is good at python, so I can follow and learn from him/her? Thanks so much!!

I'm very new here. And I believe a very efficient way to learn is to read about how professional people write codes and know how they think about a problem. That's why I want to follow some experts especially in Python. Thanks so much:)))

https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:UCSanDiegoX+DSE200x+2T2017/course/ I'm taking this course myself right now. it goes over databases in pandas and numpy library. it's part 1 of 4. I've found it very helpful. I'm on part 2 right now. it'd be nice to have a fellow classmate!

you should check out the MITx python course on www.edx.org. it's challenging but is a great course for learning fundamentals as well as giving ideas of use applications.

also gives a look at machine learning algorithms such as linear regression , decision trees, kmeans, pretty much all the basics. can't wait for the next part of it to come out in January.

Thank you so much @Stephen!! :)) I just finished the Python course here on SoloLearn and I'll start the edx one asap! Can you also recommend an Algorithm and Data Structure course using Python? I was thinking to take it as my second course. Thanks again.:D

You've done fine. The @ doesn't do anything, but make names easily seen so Jamie's use of my name was immediately visible to me. You can't message us individually only public like this. If you wish more freedom in your communications, join us here: https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/689391/?ref=app
