Nice experiment with sololearn ... is sololearn courses enough ?!

a year a go i have to study a course in my faculty called Databases fundamentals ... ok let's start. lecture after lecture , the instructor write some weird letters on the board without explaining and finally i found my self with a bunch of papers and i have to memorize it all ! and yes , Enough is enough ! ... i passed this course but really i hated the databases and the word "SQL" :( this year i have to study a course called advanced Databases => What the hell ! you kidding me right ?! there's no options , i have to study This thing called Databases , and because i didn't understand the basic concept in the fundamentals course , i decided to study the fundamentals first ( i'll not memorize the codes any more ) ... and i study the course of SQL here and it was a shock ! did i hate this ?! really ?! the fundamentals are really easy to understand and the topic is funny to study , i don't know why not to make the simple stuff sound so complicated in the faculty. now for those who ask is sololearn is enough ? "my answer" is no , BUT i guarantee you'll have the foundation that will make you study the topic more deep. the problem isn't how to go advanced , i think that good beginning is half the work . hope you will enjoy the courses and i hope this great platform keep the great work and make more courses and continue to help others.

Nice story, opinion, and sharing, I agree, formal education should have now revolved with a better way of knowledge transfer from professors to students, I mean, if free learning portal such as SoloLearn can do it in a good and fun way, schools should do better, because people pay to get education there (except for those with scholarship). Best of luck on your studies : )
