Where can I download a C language compiler?

I have tried searching for a C compiler, but all I find are out-dated compilers coming from third-party websites. Where can I find a legitimate compiler that supports Windows 10?

If you want to use GCC, as well as g++, gobjc, and gfortran. It lets you compile C, C++, Objective-C, Objective-C++, and Fortran. You can use it through MinGW-w64

the best thing about c is that it is not like java which is available only through oracle. Mostly there are third party websites which gives different version of c.
