Should SoloLearn creates localize community section?

Where developers and learners from a certain country can get together and discuss, maybe in their native language.

As in here on the app or creating seminars? I think the if they organised seminars, it would pose a problem to many people as some do not have access to places that could be venues for the seminar (distance and extra expenditure) Creating a feature where users from the same country can communicate within the app (through conference calls or webinars etc) is more plausible and may take time to implement. I feel as though dividing SL so that people can communicate in their native languages would reduce the ' globalisation' and create barriers within the community.

it could be a forum-like section. learners from same country can meet to discuss, maybe to arrange meet-up, or exchange contact, expertise.
