Cant Import images from pygame in python.

Question

I want to built a basic 2d game with the help of pygame extension in python but when I try to import any image or audio file from pygame ,it shows an error : Couldn't open image.png
.I tried re-installing everything from python to its extensions,but still no luck.
I also searched on internet but still nothing, What should I do now?
