Best software for each language

Question

Hey community,
Would u please help me out n provide my hungry potential with an effective advice of which soft is best for which language? Such as Python 3, or C++. HTML and CSS...
I'm just beginning to code n having a hard time picking the right soft for writing binary poems:):)
I've tried Python official soft for completing the Python 3 course n think it's extremely NOT easy-to-use. But MS Visual Studio played a great role with a user friendly interface n all.
SO! Please suggest the best apps for a starting programmer:):):):)

So after a few hours of testing various soft n messing around with several nice IDE's I've come to a very simple conclusion...
For general app programming MS Visual Studio is the best yet option for sure (https://www.visualstudio.com/) It has a simple functionality n user friendly environment. Also there're plenty of add on's to be downloaded for almost each n every CS language.
Although NetBeans is my number one choice for web development (https://netbeans.org/) Because it's pure n plain as 1 + 1.
