With all my respects ... i'm new to c++ and i wanna someone who can explain to me pointers and do/while loop ??

A pointer is a variable that stores a memory adress. That memory adress points to another variable.
A do while loop is just a while loop (hoping you know what that is) but it runs at least once, in other words the condition is evaluated after the loop instead of before.
