is there something that can generate random numbers not based on the conditions just truely random. i need something like that.

There is hope for the future. Many different natural measurements have been used in the past to prove the possibility. Making it practical has so far failed.

why cant it happen? i can create random numbers y not a silly computer do it 10000 times faster than me?

What does it mean pseudo random number

SHREE RAMANAA.M truly random means it's impossible to predict the next number. Pseudo random means that you could predict it. With C's random number generator you pass a seed that repeats the same sequence every time that particular seed is given. This means you could know what number is next before hand. However, using the current timestamp as the seed makes it much harder so it becomes good enough to use.
