Hello. Is it possible to hide/lock with password images, videos, files with a piece of code, just like windows 10? Does android allow this?

This type of problem can open from the goal backwards:

You could then drill down to Android while examining code written for the purpose of reversing obfuscation.

You may find you need to learn a fair bit of architecture, but visibility from the goal is different (like they say: hindsight's 20/20)

Yes, it is possible to do this with Android, since there are applications on the Play Store that do exactly this. 😂 You should research the applications that do so, and dig deeper!
