C# and Python platforms

Is it true that they can cover all platforms(mobile, web, and desktop)?

Python is an intepreted language therefore it can theoretically run in any platform that has a Python interpreter on it. However, it is impractical to make an app with it because it is sloe and phones are sometimes slow.

For web, there is a Python interpreter called Brython.

I think i didnt asked correctly but i meant this: Python has django for web, but for mobile? C# has xamarine for mobile, but can you create websites with C#?
