What are the necessary changes to be made when you are writing in turbo c++ notation?

Hi all. I have been using code blocks, dev c++, for writing c++ programs. Lately I have been considering to write in turbo c++. All I know is that "#include <iostream >" becomes " #include <iostream.h > ". is there anything else required?

@Martin Taylor I understand that turbo c++ isn't user friendly , but I need to use it for the sake of an exam, and the codes should be in turbo c++ notation.
