XP in challenge?

why in some challenges there are winer well take 1 XP ,
if I won I take only 1XP
if the other person won I lose -25XP

It does not depend on the level, but it depends on the total amount of XP in challenge weapon.

This is simply how the XP system is structured on SoloLearn.

It also depends on whom you challenge, and that will affect your XP gain. There are a few factors when it comes to the XP.

I don't understand this XP system as well, I find it unfair

excuse me Sir.
but I challenge two persons in the same levels,
when I lose one of them I take +1XP and the other -25XP like I told you before
