Why does C have a different format of lessons from the other 12 courses?

I mean, why isn't C joining those 12 other languages?

Lesson Factory is the answer.
Since you just joined today let me explain.
Before this previous major uodate there were only 12 language courses.
C came after Lesson Factory was released, hence C lessons could be made by normal users. Hence it is different l, the only main course made by users too.
