If i wrote a html code in notepad how to run it in chrome or firefox browser

Just save it with a "htm" or "html" extension. And then open this file in Windows Explorer. It opens in default web browser.
Or the 2nd way, Chrome and Firefox too have a menu item to open html file from disk.

I just started too and had the prob, but I made the doc on the desktop.
I had to rename it so it was filename. html
and then right click open with, and choose the program.
It worked for me so I wish you luck ('◇')ゞ
