How do we initiate a program in machines i.e ROBOTICS????

In most modern day electronics , like electric scooters we have microchips, which are mostly programmed in objective c, however more and more people are using the raspberry PI。 this is something i am interested in so hopefully i ll start some home projects soon

Just to be clear, are you asking how do robots start up? Or how do singular programs start after the robots are already on?
