I think Pascal is the most.

I have heard that it is Python.

It depends what you mean by learn. If you want something you can use quickly and easily, I'd recommend python. If you want a completely transparent language that won't surprise by unexpectedly doing weird things, I'd recommend C.

Thank you for your replay. I was thinking about to start learning programming and use the easiest as a base to progress further ;)
