Online Questionaire Website
So I want to design a website that contains a bunch of questions that need to be filled out by people for whatever reason. The data they fill out on the form needs to be processed into a file (maybe even just the data, or a text file. Winner would be a MS Excel compatible file) and then sent via e-mail to a dedicated adress. What would you rate would be a good method to use to design such a site, also, where will you be able to host something like this for free/relatively cheap? Please note, I'm not asking you to solve my task :) (because it's a personal challenge for me to practically apply the knowledge I learn on SoloLearn.com) I just want some advice/opinions/general guidelines. I would appreciate it very much. Thanks!
