it is simple first we add canvas tags
then the canvas object created can by manipulated by using scripts
we select the canvas then it's two dimensional context object the object has methods to draw circle rectangle line and we call it via js

yes you need javascript but it's not difficult
and there are only few commands you will be using of js which is to call properties of object the difficulty is learning methods or function of canvas
