Verification problem

Question

I have been trying to verify my account. Every time I try to upvote something a message pops up saying my account isn't verified and I have been sent an email to help me with that. I have checked my Gmail (and I checked I signed up with my Gmail account) and the only email from sololearn is a promo for the iOS app. Has anyone had this problem before, and if yes, how did you fix it or can it not be fixed?

If you still can't find the verification link anywhere in your mail, you may want to send a request to SoloLearn for a new verification link.

Just had same problem, contacted service via [e-mail]. Got the answer two days later , they've verified my account)
