Have you used your html or css knowledge to adjust Moodle user interface? e.g. navigation? Please share your experience with Moodle :) hate it? like it? easy to adjust? takes way too much time to be adjusted? etc :)

Can the css style file of the chosen theme be accessed by online navigation(such as it is in WordPress) or the only option to edit it is through cPanel?
