Why not learn scrum?

Why not learn scrum? We know that it is not a programming language but a way to make work faster and more orderly. would it benefit us?

Scrum is a team thing. You can't do it on your own. And things like scrum come and go. I wouldn't be surprised if it is forgotten within five years. Who remembers 'Lean'?

Lean is still alive and is the foundation of Agile. If big corporations are adopting SCRUM (and they are in droves) it will last more than 5 years. Well Agile will anyway. Scrum is just one form of Agile.
