How much linq Will be useful , instead of procedures , packages related to database?

stored procedures will be always helpful. linq will just provide u a way to access data from objects but where as in database procedures are in pre compiled state it will give u faster results.

that's gud :) but it'll not helpful what you post back every routine depending to database , mainly in web application .. correct?
