You can almost never get complete knowledge of Java. You can master it, but not completely, as long as the language is still in development, at least.

As for SL, this app provides tutorials to beginners in programming. You can safely assume that the course won't be too advanced (which may, or may not be a good thing, depending on what you are looking for).

If you are talking about "complete" in terms of "beginner-level-complete", as in "most of what you should know in order to code in Java", then yes, it's a pretty complete course, and again, for beginners.

useful? yes.
sufficient? no.

it's a rather short and lightweight introduction to the language. but covering all aspects of the languages introduced here would be too much to ask for and would require too much space.
