Reporting wrong answares

Hi, did you report any challange question? Did you get any notification that report ticked was solved? I reported some incorrect answares but still see questions in challenge with wrong answares.

I'm little demotivated to reporting next questions. Does report any purpos?

All questions from all web languages are correct,i can verify.But some might have problems like bad language structure,misleading questions,e.t.cI also feel down when I see em,they are very few tho.

I reported some questions that were hard to grasp due to wrong wording, or just plain out wrong. Didn't get a notification that any of them were deleted, and I still see them too.

PHP questions: How we can create string (i dont remamber literally) where correct answare is str(). This function doesn't exist.

@David V: I don't recall the question with reference to str() in the PHP challenges. However, I have reported other questions with wrong answers which were eventually removed. Post more details in this thread if you come across that question again.
