This is a question for the real pros in here, how "tutorial are the tutorials?

Sololearn is amazing but when I look up things on the net I realise these things are not so tutorial. Am I right?

They are a tutorial on the very basics of the languages. As this they are kept general. When looking up sth in the Web, you will find more specific tutorials.

The concepts are fine in SoloLearn, I think -- basic, but fine. The training throught problems, on the other hand, are far from making you fluent, in my opinion.

Solo learn is not a how-to tutorial, it teaches concepts. You need both and a lot of practice to become a programmer.
