Could someone please assist me regarding my next step

I’m trying to bring to life this idea I have about 2 years now , it’s to create an application that a person can go on and upload there events on it . I know there’s a few applications out there similar to that but that’s my aim currently. I completed the java course and I currently program in android studio, I create a few android apps already thinking android studio is the way to go but then realize that it will need to be a web base application. Idk what is the next step but I’m currently learning html.
