Appropriate language please. :-/

Question

Can someone tell me what languages are utilized to create phone apps such as MyFitnessPal, Fitocracy, Peak, and Elevate. I’m hoping it’s only just JavaScript, and the few other I got certificates on. Haha I’ll be ready to play as soon as I get JavaScript under my belt. This app is cool too. :-)

Android: Java, Kotlin (some C++, if you prefer)
iOS: Objective-C, Swift.
