How is it possible that some people publish kotlin codes?

Will there be a kotlin playground in the next Sololearn release?

Yes, Kotlin Playground is already available in the beta version of the app. https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1050306/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1050064/?ref=app

Additionally, they may be created now in the web version, which is how I made mine. The final way is to modify an existing Kotlin program and save it. Once saved, the current app can modify and run it.

It’s available on Android anyway. If you are using Apple like me, save someone else’s Kotlin code then you can modify that however you want. Kinda like how they forgot to add lesson factory, quiz factory, attachments to question and answers, basically iOS version = SoloLearn Lite.
