Meterpreter permission

Question

Hey guys
Does anybody know why my Payload does'nt Work?
I set The Metaspolite Multi handler .
But when I Insatll the payload on my android device
It did not give me Meterpreter Permission to control it
And I use my local ip so it doesnt need to open a port on my modem .
Could anyone solve it?

If you're only testing it locally, then you're going to need both of the devices to be connected to the wifi.

are you using wifi method or internet method

set your Linux systems ip address to static , then make a payload with that ip address

I use wifi In my Linux and android And I set The Local ip and defult port(4444)
