Should I learn C before C++?

i'd say it wouldn't help much aside of having similar syntax. c++ uses different methods and principles from c. you'll only confuse yourself.

If you've got time, then why not! C is said to be mother of all the languages. And C++ used to be called C With Classes at first then later they renamed it to C++. Coming to your question again now, it's not mandatory to learn C before C++ but if you do know C or basics of it, you will definitely find C++ kinda easy than a person who just started programming with C++ as his first language.
