HTML 5 - meant to depict how you wish to present data onto the page. It's the markup of the data. CSS - it's the styling of the data you've placed on the document. JS - it's a client-side scripting language that allows you to make your page more interactive for the client end. This is how you get a lot of the functionality you expect from a modern website.

wrote the code it will execute and so HTML itself can not do what it outputs it
