Does anyone else think that the challenges are too difficult ?

Question

There are many questions out there that ask you to mentaly calculate. I have found one that iterated the numbers from 5 to 50 and then you must multiply with a number, follow another iteration from 1 to 5 and divide. All this in 20 seconds. How can this kind of exercise makes us better programmers ?

1. Yes i think they are to hard 2. dont think it is to make you a better programmer i think its just to get xp
And also the challenge questions are made by some users not computor generated or devoloper made.
