Study motion graphics

Hello everybody, I made a decision to make a little gap after half a year studying coding, but don’t want to leave IT field, so I believe that motion graphics is the best thing that can help me to have a bit rest. The question: What good web sources you know to study fundamentals of design (first) and (most important) motion graphics?

www.PluralSight.com ^They have a very extensive design/media/graphic section that'll help you out probably. I utilize this website for both programming stuff, general IT stuff, and creative/graphic stuff. Most of what I know about 3D modeling/animation came from courses I took through them. Hope that helps! https://www.pluralsight.com/browse/creative-professional/audio-video-photography/motion-graphics

I learned After Effects both from books - Classroom in a Book and Creating Motion Design with After Effects - and from looking at AE projects at my work. I try to look for cool examples of motion graphics to steal ideas from https://galera.agency/. Like, staggered motion, what kind of ease did they use etc.
