If you are interested in just blogging there are pretty much blogging service providers.

You don't have to study programming language.

html, css and learn how to use wordpress and or any other blogging platforms.

photoshop or any other image manipulating softwares for the images that you would need for your articles.

photography for the images to be used in your articles.
