never ever leave coding for a long time i just did so and i now forgot many things that r important

I suppose that's relative. In my opinion, that's simply showing you which things you didn't spend that much time in previously, so your gaps become more apparent to you because they weren't reinforced to begin with. I've been on-off with programming for 20 years, and the only things I ever forget are the things I didn't put enough focus in prior to taking a break. Similarly, I haven't played piano in nearly 15 years, but if you put me in front of one, I'll play it like my life depended upon it.
