IDE For unity game development....

I believe unity supports 2 ide to be integrated in its workflow 1.Monodevelop and 2.Visual Studio....Which is the better options among them and why?

I'm using MonoDevelop because Visual Studio takes longer to start, lol. I'm still a beginner but I guess I'll switch to Visual Studio when my codes become more complex. Also in MonoDevelop the link to the Unity API reference is outdated, which means that the very helpful shortcut doesn't work. In Visual Studio it does.
