Need advice.

Hi all, I am planning to have a career change to data science, hence learning python. Please give me few helpful advice.

try to : complete more tutorials in python use and try the command line build an app or a project read the documentation and search on Stack Overflow for more questions if you're out of ideas try to read any open source code and find a command, module or anything that you didn't know about and search for it choose your own topic here's some topics of python data science machine learning RATs GUI programming 2D/3D game development Networking Penetration Testing and more ! wish you the best keep learning keep coding

Depending on your background, don't neglect the math part of the deal. In the end, Python is only a tool here, you have to have a strong understanding of the craft itself, too.

Well first, start by finishing the Python course on Sololearn, just to understand the basics of what it is. Once you get that, find books that cover that topic and really try to learn as much as you can.

Thanks all for advices, just a quick note of my background, I am a PeopleSoft techno-functional consultant. Regarding my learning, I am currently learning python for data science, but not sure how I will prove it in market, do we have any certification for it, except one from Microsoft.
