Why does this app make me calculate things?

What's wrong with this app. Programming is supposed to calculate things for me, why does ot make me calculate operations for it?

So you can follow the steps a program does for calculation things. It's the easiest way to learn dealing with loops and similar stuff

programming is a tool you use together with your knowledge on how to calculate things.

programming does NOT do your homework for you, it's a tool you use to understand and do the homework yourself.

Yes you need to know the calculations yourself before you program them at all. Like if you are a teacher and you try to make a test, you cant just put a question and not know an answere. I agree with @daniel, code is not for your math homework
