It totally depends. Each one is different and each person and their available tune depends. Can you tell us what it is you are trying to learn?

C++ is one of the most challenging languages to learn but one of the most useful I have not finished my C++ course yet so I can’t answer you very well. But it would probably take between a week and a month depending on how much time you put into it.
