How to generate wordlist in Kali Linux?

hello guys! i know how to create Random wordlist in Kali but i want to know that if suppose i know that victim has 11 letter password - V@n$r0🤔🤔<🤔> where 🤔 stands for the word that i don't know! then how do i create such a wordlist which will only generate that unknown words and other characters remaining fix in Kali Linux?
