This is a programing resource, why does it take so long to update content?

It seems as if there is a standard framework for the lessons, why does it take so long to add new content and archive outdated content?

Irrelevant tags and the download speed depends on your internet connection. In my Wifi it only takes 5 to 10 seconds to download an entire course
