Is it possible to make a search engine like google or bing?

If you know how to do that (and im not talking about google custom search engine)with html css or javascript please tell me how

Everything some else wrote can be written by you. The only question is figuring out how they did it and writing your own version. The real question is how much effort you are willing to put into it. I have zero desire to write something like that or spending years doing it as Google works fine for me.

Given you are asking us to tell you how, you won't spend the time needed to learn how to do it either. But, the answers of how are out there on the web as there must be a standard that Bing, Google, Yahoo, and the others use to provide their service. If you truly wish this, start your search there.

- Frameworks
- Back-end, Front- end
- Databases, SQL, Access, others
- Data Analysis, Architectures
- Data manipulation.
- Pandas Foundations

So many other factors.
