First of all for a web development course, you need to opt a technology like Php, Python, Java, Ruby, NodeJs in which Php is easy and popular in all of them. So, solo lean no doubt give you an idea of technology but didn't give you a live project web development idea. Until & unless you didnt learn in an industry environment.. I think solo learn is good for students to crack interviews only.. because in real time the work is very vast.. Beside this u can prefer W3schools..

No, SoloLearn is not enough. SoloLearn just introduce you to the concept and fundamental of web development.
Actually, No Online Course is Enough!
You Have to use something in real-life to sharpen your skill, you have to taught yourself,, unless you make some mistakes you'll never learn.
Practice and Practice your skill, then you'll be able to be a Real web developer

If You learning web development for career you should have a formal course in any institution though it's not necessary but it helps to get a job.
go find a project in github.com and contribute to projects you're interested in. This way you can learn more about real world problems

YouTube and Institutional learning is quite same , but advantage of any institution is that they will provide you Certificates which will be useful to get a job

Hey Bro, NEVER give up. at first many things might seem difficult, but never left using it.
GitHub is quite simple , if it seems difficult just google it "how to use GitHub easily" or ask someone but don't stop using. it has become very popular nowadays. people even getting jobs for contributing to projects.
