on level printing text ... the code::blocks show me : "Tried to run compiler executable 'C:\MinGW/bin/mingw32-gcc.exe', but failed!"

Try to reinstall codeblocks.
Your compiler is damaged or missing. I had the same problem and reinstalling fixed it.
