To get help you should indicate what budget you have and what you want to learn. That way people can recommend more consistent things to you. In any case, leaving aside the fact that it is not really portable[1], you can buy a Raspberry with a kit that includes a keyboard and other elements. They are not really very expensive and they tend to adapt very well to learn.
