I feel like a noob and need motivationđ
I started coding last year, I have a 95 average in school but I still feel like a noob at coding! I'm losing motivation and need some to keep going on. I find coding fun but not when it gets confusing. I don't want to code for a carrier when I grow up but I want to be an enginer and I think that might have something to do with coding. Also, everyone here seems SO SMART and I think they r all ADULTS! So I just need some motivation, and want to know if there r any other kids here.

When I was younger I found that I kinda drifted in and out of programming, usually doing most of the younger programming stuff(khan Academy and scratch). It wasnât until I got into high school and took a computer programming class that I got SL and started to really get into coding. I would say to just give it time, if you really want to be a coder you will come back to SL and we will be waitingđ

I love seeing young learners. I started learning when I was 8 so I understand how you feel. Just donât lose hope. Thereâs lots of people better than you and there always will be someone better than you. I suggest instead of seeing that as a blocker, take it as a challenge. Do better than those who are better than you. And keep trying! You may not always get it the first time, but that doesnât mean you should give up. Just keep practicing. And yes, there are lots of kids here. They arenât as active on the Q&A section, but you can find some here and there. Good luck ok your coding adventure and NEVER give up! You can accomplish great things. And if you need any help, please let me know and feel free to bring up any issues you have with the community (everyone here is very helpful, trust me on that). Donât give up and happy coding!
