Most people start off with python, then branch out to either C or Java, but really it depends what you would want to end up doing with said programming knowledge. HTML is web based, so if you want to go along the route of web development HTML is a good place to start as any, as its pretty easy to pick up. Though its basically useless without CSS or java script, so you'll likely have to learn one of these aswell, and maybe some PHP or Ruby depending on where you go from there. On the other hand, if you wanted to get into programming for embedded systems (electronics) like a raspberry pi or arduino, you should probably start with python, and then move on to C/C++. Though if you want a solid language to start out with that you could, say make apps/small games with, I'd go with Java, then step up to C# once you've gotten a thorough understanding of the language. C# is fairly simple to get the hang of once you have a good understanding of Java, and it is a very powerful language commonly known for its use in app development, and making games in unity. (Including VR and AR games) So depending on what you see you're self doing, I'd recommend starting down the path that interests you most, or just trying them all out to see which language you like best. Its going to be a steep learning curve no matter where you start, but once you get the hang of a language or two learning other languages becomes fairly easy*, so try not to get discouraged if you have trouble right off the bat. There are plenty of resources for the languages you've listed, and remember, google is you're friend. Happy Coding!
