Which app would be the best for me to practise in android ?

on mobile I found that Aide is much better than others.... generally on phone you'll have hard time coding... use a computer and Android studio

I use OI Notepad as I don't have Computer/Laptop and process for Output is same as in Computer...Go to your HTML file through file manager. Select document you want to open and it'll open in Chrome or whatever browser you select,just like in Desktop computers..But it will not give you Syntax highlighting for sure,which is good for learning,I think.
