Where and what I need to learn?

Hi everyone, i'm 15 years old and i am asking you where is preferly to learn at my age, soloLearn? YouTube? another Page? it is better learning watching videos or reading?
And well i want to Know which programming language it is better to learn at my age, considering that i am a beginner. I've seen some videos about codes, i Know the basic, but i'm really interested in programming and i would like to Know if it can be muy future career.

Hi Gonner, thank you for your reply, can i ask you with wich programme did you started? and how long are you in this area? like how long takes you to learn your first language?
