Import Java N-IDE project to Android Studio

Hello guys. I have created an app on android in Java N-IDE. I want to import this app project to Android Studio. How can I do this?

You may be better off using AIDE on your mobile to help with the conversion, though IDK if it uses the same files/format as AS so be sure to keep a clean backup copy just in case it all goes the way of my life.
